ART IN TURIN FOR AIDP REGIONAL CONVENTION

PEOPLE AND SUSTAINABILITY DRIVE OUR GROWTH

On November 27th ART participated in the AIDP Regional Conference “The Work of Doing Business, Doing Business to Create Work” in Turin: an event that brought together prestigious speakers including, entrepreneurs, managers and HR managers who focused on entrepreneurship, the future as well as attracting young talent.

The conference offered a practical perspective on the challenges facing business realities: how can entrepreneurial spirit be regenerated in people, paying due attention to ethical-moral, organizational and regulatory aspects? What will be the daily culture, values and best practices of companies and the role of HR as an agent of change, to develop curiosity and vision for the future?

ART took up the challenge by participating in the panel “How the Way of Doing Business Has Changed” bringing its experience as a young and dynamic company. It did so through the words of Adriana Di Pede, ART Chief Delivery Officer.

After the talk by Giancarlo Rocchietti, President of the Investors’ Club, who spoke about some best practices supported by the club as business angels, a testimony to the world of innovative start-ups, Adriana brought her experience and that of ART, emphasizing how the evolution of entrepreneurship cannot survive without a strong drive towards innovation and growth, two essential core values.  It is ART’s own history that demonstrates this: founded in 2000 as a start-up, perfect mix of academic world and dream to build a “made in Italy” innovative and technological company, characterized by a strong value imprint. The company has succeeded in combining innovation, growth and sustainability, in the magnificent Borgo del Pischiello, in Umbria, until arriving in 2022 at a process of managerialization that sees it as the protagonist today of a new phase of growth that has led to the development of the Turin office and the creation of numerous international partnerships and collaborations. ART has been moving in the field of sustainability for a long time and Turin also follows its guidelines.

In this panorama, it is essential to manage people in the best possible way, pushing diversity, equity and inclusion, to allow them to grow and provide them with the most appropriate tools to deal with change in addition to continuing to invest in and cultivate young talent. Adriana’s speech was echoed by Guido Moschetti, CNH – Construction Equipment, Global HR Business Partner, who went on to talk in detail about the challenges on managerial skills, to be developed with an innovative spirit and willingness to take risks (to network).

We took home a lot of energy and the desire and need to network, to fully develop all the possibilities provided by a city like Turin, a model for innovators, an international hub from the fervent academic world with prestigious universities.
